Bravoure and DIQQ have worked together since April 2021 and successfully placed 34 candidates. To celebrate this successful collaboration, we interviewed Kim Krauwel, Managing Partner at Bravoure. She talks about working with her contact person Frank Oudshoorn and how the recruitment process has improved since then.

About Bravoure

"Bravoure is a strategic digital agency specialising in creating digital brands, products, and ecosystems that make businesses future-proof. A digital approach is essential to building a successful business in today's world, where people interact with brands online.

We help brands take the next step and undergo the digital transition. We do this with a team of 30 to 40 colleagues, consisting of strategists, digital designers, and developers. We have been doing this for 16 years."

What were the challenges Bravoure faced?

"A few years ago, the market was less competitive, and it was easier to find people. We posted job vacancies on our channels and received enough responses. Recruiters were not necessary. It was when we started focusing on senior candidates that we started working with DIQQ.

The job market has changed significantly, and development roles have become more competitive. We noticed that we couldn't always fill vacancies through our channels. Fortunately, we still have people who come to us directly. Candidates often have multiple interviews in progress, which can lead to issues even during the negotiation phase."

Long-term partner

"My contact with Frank Oudshoorn has been pleasant and quick. We invested a lot of time in building a good relationship from the beginning. At first, we were still searching, and it wasn't always the right match. But because you have a long-term partnership, you get to know each other's wishes and needs better.

When I am unsatisfied with the shared profiles, I immediately give feedback, which is listened to carefully. There is always room for a positive and negative evaluation. It's about quality, and I want to discuss feedback thoroughly. I enjoy having a recruitment agency as a sparring partner to receive better profiles and hires.

When I compare DIQQ to other agencies, I especially appreciate that they are not too pushy. Other agencies sometimes call or email too often. I don't work with recruitment agencies much, but I notice that DIQQ delivers quality quickly."

How would you describe the collaboration?

"Professional, but also informal and proactive. I find Frank a delightful person to communicate with. He is business-like but also knows when to let go of that. He has a lot of knowledge, understands people and projects well, and can anticipate them. I am happy with Frank as a permanent contact person who knows Bravoure and me well. That is ultimately the most important thing."

The most important thing: the results

"Since partnering with DIQQ, the process has become faster, and the quality of candidates has improved. Our long-term collaboration has turned DIQQ into a true sparring partner with whom I can be honest. That's very pleasant."
